Desire Workshop with Andrea Caggiano
When: Monday, April 27th 2026
Time: 6pm
Place: 119 E Mountain Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524
About the Workshop:
“An exploration of desire, fantasy, and the psychology of attraction.”
Why are we drawn to morally grey characters? Why do certain stories ignite something in us—especially when they don’t reflect our real-life identities or relationships?
In this workshop, AASECT certified sex therapist Andrea Caggiano of Juniper Counseling explores the hidden architecture of desire. We’ll look at how desire is shaped by context, inhibition, fantasy, and permission—and why what turns us on isn’t always logical, but deeply revealing.
This is a space for curiosity, not judgment. Come ready to question what you’ve been taught about desire—and discover what might be true instead.
About Our Guest:
Andrea Caggiano is an AASECT-certified sex therapist (CST), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. In her private practice, she specializes in working with individuals and couples exploring kink and non-monogamy, and is passionate about creating spaces where conversations about sex and relationships feel open, affirming, and shame-free.
She also facilitates groups for non-monogamous communities and leads workshops on intimacy, connection, and communication. When she’s not working, you can likely find her with her nose in a romance novel—making this collaboration especially close to her heart. She lives in Fort Collins with her partner, two kids, and a very lovable chocolate lab.
